Allauddin's Briyani, a family-run establishment since the 1950s, is celebrated for its authentic South Indian-style biryani. Their menu features mutton, chicken, and fish biryani, each served with fragrant yellow basmati rice infused with a proprietary blend of spices. Accompaniments include tender meat curries, papadums, and achar (pickled vegetables). The mutton biryani is particularly noted for its tender meat and rich flavor. Maintaining traditional recipes, the family grinds their own spices, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes. This dedication has earned them a Michelin Plate recognition in 2021.
